At Doc Lumiere, we are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with our makeup services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service provided, we have outlined our refund and return policy below to address any concerns.

Refund Policy

  1. Service Dissatisfaction:

    • If you are not satisfied with your makeup service, please inform your makeup artist or instructor before leaving the appointment. We will make every effort to address your concerns and correct the issue immediately.

    • If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction during the appointment, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the concern and the circumstances.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are not eligible for a refund.

  3. No-Show Policy:

    • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

  4. Rescheduling:

    • Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if done 24 hours or more before the scheduled time. Rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance will incur a rescheduling fee of 50% of the service cost.

Return Policy

  1. Makeup Products:

    • Due to the nature of makeup products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any makeup products purchased during your appointment or from our website.

    • If a product is found to be defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.

  2. Gift Cards:

    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can be used for any service or product offered by Doc Lumiere.
